As an Education Advisor at Foster + Partners
, you will help shape the future of learning and professional development across a global design practice. Working closely with colleagues across Learning & Development, HR and wider business teams, you will play a key role in supporting architects and designers throughout their careers, developing innovative education programmes and fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional excellence.

This role is ideal if you want to:

Lead and evolve education programmes for architecture professionals and apprentices.
Build strong partnerships with universities, professional bodies and industry leaders.

What you will bring to the team:

A passion for learning and helping others achieve their professional goals.
A strong understanding of architectural education and professional registration pathways.
ARB/RIBA registration and relevant professional expertise.
Experience building relationships with educational institutions and professional bodies.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple programmes and priorities.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.
A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to drive initiatives independently and as part of a team.
