Position: Secondary Cover Supervisor | £110-£140 Per Day | East amp
Cover Supervisors Needed for FLEXIBLE Work Across East London & Essex

Principal Education is looking for confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Havering, Brentwood, Thurrock, Basildon, Barking & Dagenham.

These are flexible daily supply opportunities, giving you the choice to work around your availability, with opportunities for longer-term placements also available.

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher, deliver pre-prepared lessons and maintain a positive, safe and productive learning environment.

You won't be expected to plan lessons, but you'll play an important role in supporting students' learning, behaviour and engagement.

What You MUST demonstrate:

Right to work in the UK
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Confidence working with secondary-aged students
Ability to support pupils with SEN
Calm, adaptable and confident approach
Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
Overseas police clearance if you have lived abroad for 6+ months in the last 5 years
Based in or within a commutable distance of East London or Essex
