Rowan Wood School is an all-through special free school for children and young people aged 4-19 who have been diagnosed with autism and severe language and learning delays, working significantly below age-related expectations.

Rowan Wood is part of The Compass Partnership of Schools, an innovative Multi-Academy Trust comprising a mix of fifteen main and special primary and secondary schools, enabling us to forge meaningful mainstream links that benefit all.

We are looking for dynamic, passionate and enthusiastic practitioners, who are willing to learn and want to achieve the very highest standards of teaching and learning for our children in KS3. We want someone who can see the possibilities for our children and young people and develop provision that empowers all to thrive.
