Salary Salary: £27,754 pro rata of £31,361 FTE per annum

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 40 weeks per year
Accountable to: Head of Art

To provide technical support to the Art and Food Department, by the preparation of tools, equipment and materials for lessons and displays. The work is varied and rewarding. If you are looking for your next challenge, this is an exciting opportunity to help in the delivery of the highest quality Art and Food Technology education to young people.

You will need to have Relevant qualifications - e.g. GCSEs/Level 2, or equivalent including Maths and English.

The successful candidate will need to be able to work independently as well as part of a team. You will need to be able to work under pressure, have excellent communications skills, and be computer literate.

You should be able to understand classroom roles and responsibilities and your own position in these, be flexible to take on other tasks as and when requested and possess a “can do” attitude. Your personal and professional standards should be high. We are seeking to appoint committed and hardworking staff, who are passionate about making a difference to the lives of our children and young people.
