– Bayes Business School (formerly Cass) is among the small group of business schools with an established reputation for excellence in both business research and education. We are conscious that business schools are experiencing disruption in how research is undertaken and disseminated, how education is delivered and what is expected by business and society from a business school.

– The successful candidate will be responsible for the routine running of our one or two of our MSc Degrees and supporting the other MSc programmes within the portfolio as and when appropriate. You will proactively work with the Course Office team managing course processes and supporting programme activities.
The role ensures the provision of an efficient and professional service to students and academic staff associated with the course working closely with relevant professional staff and the Course Director.
This role will require some evening and weekend work and has the opportunity for International travel.

– Working as part of large team within customer focussed environment, the postholder will have customer centred approach, able to build strong relationships with students and academics to nurture them through the programme process as well as being able to work on their own initiative.
A good understanding of working with and managing a CRM system and student Visual Learning Environment (VLR) would be desirable.
