About the role

We are seeking Associate Lecturers to join our Higher Education team at the Fashion Retail Academy. Successful candidates will be instrumental in shaping the educational journey of our students across Levels 4, 5, and 6, fostering industry-relevant skills and creative excellence. We are seeking Associate Lecturers with expertise in Fashion Marketing and Communications.

Working as part of a collaborative programme team, you will contribute your subject expertise to support the delivery of an innovative and industry-informed curriculum.

The role involves teaching, preparation and associated academic duties across Levels 4, 5 and 6, supporting students in developing the creative, analytical and critical thinking skills required for careers in fashion marketing and communications.

As a subject specialist you will contribute to module delivery and assessment, support student engagement and progression, and uphold academic standards in line with institutional regulations and awarding body requirements. Working closely with the Programme Manager and wider academic team, you will contribute to a collaborative academic culture focused on continuous improvement and student success.

About you Qualifications

Relevant degree and professional experience in subject specialism.

Experience

Industry experience in subject specialist area and/or experience in teaching within Higher Education.

Expertise

A strong understanding of contemporary fashion marketing and communications, including brand storytelling, consumer insight and the role of digital media within the fashion industry.

Skills

You will be a confident and engaging communicator with excellent presentation skills and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching, mentoring, and inspiring others.
