As Godolphin and Latymer enters an exciting new chapter, the Governors are seeking an exceptional educational leader to become its next Head. Reporting to the Governing Body, the successful candidate will provide strategic and educational leadership across all aspects of School life, building on Godolphin’s many strengths whilst ensuring it continues to thrive in a changing educational landscape. Working alongside a talented staff body, engaged pupils, supportive parents and committed governors, the Head will preserve the warmth, ambition and sense of community that define the School, whilst leading its continued development and success.
The successful candidate will bring substantial senior leadership experience, intellectual credibility and a strong understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing education today. They will be a visible, warm and emotionally intelligent leader with the strategic vision, judgement and resilience to inspire confidence across the School community.
