- Recent, relevant experience of using technology to support learning in the classroom. (E)
- Well-developed oral and written skills. (E)
- An interest in current pedagogical research and ideas. (D)
- The ability to work as part of a team which includes planning and implementing the curriculum. (D)
- The ability to relateto and communicate effectively with parent sand carers and to encourage their active participation in the educational process. (D)
- Ability to make a significant contribution to a school ethos that promotes high achievement. (D)
