We are seeking a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a lovely, inclusive school in Hillingdon. This is a permanent, term-time-only role, working 30 hours per week, and starting in January.

The RoleAs a SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them access learning, build confidence, and make progress both academically and emotionally.
Daily responsibilities may include- Providing 1:1 or small-group support for pupils with SEN
- Assisting with personalised learning activities and adapting resources
- Supporting emotional regulation and behaviour where needed
- Working closely with class teachers and the SENCO
- Helping create an inclusive, safe, and supportive learning environment
