** About the role
** The school wishes to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced Attendance Assistant for a Full-time post. The successful candidate will play a key role in the school. The Pastoral side of the school is very impressive with fantastic support.

Ideally you will have similar experience working in a secondary environment and be available to start very soon.

* Main responsibilities:

* • To have responsibility for the recording of the school’s attendance figures for Year 7 to Year 11 and liaise with internal and external agencies on individual student attendance records.
• To provide information to the Assistant Headteacher and attend pastoral meetings as and when required
• To be the first point of contact within the school for providing data reports to staff
• To be responsible for checking all Attendance Data that is submitted externally
