Salary: £95 - £130

Job Type: Temporary / Long-term / Day-to-day (Full-time and flexible options)

Teaching Consultancy is recruiting Cover Supervisors for secondary schools across Tower Hamlets. You'll step in when teachers are absent. You'll lead classes through set work, keep behaviour on track and make sure learning carries on.

• Leading classes through lessons the class teacher has planned
• Maintaining a calm, focused learning environment
• Following school behaviour and safeguarding policies
• Reporting back to staff on progress and any issues

• Experience working with secondary-age students (school, youth work, tutoring or similar)
• Strong behaviour management and a confident presence
• Good communication skills
• Punctuality, reliability and a flexible attitude
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
• The right to work in the UK
