We are looking for a motivated individual to join us as a Learning Support Assistant. In this deeply rewarding role, you will work alongside an exceptional team to promote inclusion, wellbeing, and academic progress for SEND, EAL, and disadvantaged students. Thesuccessful candidate will:
- Understand specific learning needs and styles to differentiate support to pupils
- Be able to use Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Outlook, and provide support to students in using these tools
- Plan effectively to enable multi-tasking
- Have a desire to help all pupils succeed
- Show compassion towards the needs of the pupils
- Communicate verbally with children and adults clearly and sensitively
- Work effectively with a range of colleagues
The successful candidate will become part of an oversubscribed, flourishing school for girls aged 11 to 18, with confident, courteous, articulate students and an ethos of empowerment.
