Child Care/Nanny
We are looking for experienced QTS tutors to provide one-to-one tuition for primary and secondary aged children and young people with SEND in the Bromley area.
- Up to 10 hours of tuition per week
- Monday to Friday
- Hours to be arranged with the parent/guardian during school hours
- Immediate start
- Starting from 30 per hour
- Face-to-face tuition within the home or an agreed local community setting
- Placements may continue until the end of the academic year
Tutors will be responsible for planning and adapting sessions and resources to suit the individual needs, ability and level of engagement of each child or young person. Tutors will also be required to record attendance and complete weekly feedback reports on engagement and progress.
Experience working with children and young people with SEND is essential.
Requirements:- QTS
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
- Relevant experience working with children or young people with SEND
- Ability to adapt teaching approaches to meet individual learning needs
Further details regarding individual placements, including age, needs, location and proposed timetable, will be shared with tutors whose CVs are taken forward.
