Ready for a role where you can genuinely make a difference? We’re looking for a strong, resilient and experienced Behaviour Mentor to support secondary-aged students with SEMH and highly challenging behaviour in EN3.

- Experience managing challenging behaviour essential
- You’ll need energy, patience, consistency and excellent behaviour-management skills — plus the ability to build positive relationships with students who may find school particularly difficult.
