Colfe’s School in London is seeking a dedicated Keyworker to provide 1:1 student support for a sixth-form learner. The role focuses on prompting, coaching and scaffolding to foster independence while enabling full participation in school life.
The ideal candidate has experience with young people in educational or SEND settings, a good grasp of executive functioning, and strong observation skills. This is a term-time role, 30 hours per week, starting Nov 2026 (TBC).
