Jersey Overseas Aid (JOA) and CAFOD offer an 18-month paid Programme Associate placement for Jersey residents. The programme provides hands-on experience with both a donor agency and an international NGO, in the UK and overseas, and includes extensive mentoring, training and practical experience.
The scheme is structured in three phases: 6 months in Jersey, 6 months in London with CAFOD, and 6 months overseas.
