REESON Education is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support Worker for a Brent-based primary school. The role starts in November 2026 to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, fostering emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour.
You'll work 1:1 and in small groups, building relationships and collaborating with staff to reduce barriers to learning. An ideal fit is someone with empathy, safeguarding awareness and strong classroom support skills.
