On behalf of a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Brent, we are seeking a qualified and experienced Special Needs Coordinator to join their team on a full-time basis from November 16th 2026 or earlier.

This is an excellent opportunity for a committed and experienced professional to take a leading role in shaping SEND provision across the school, ensuring that pupils with additional needs receive the support, guidance and opportunities they need to thrive.

There are potential long term opportunities here as the school is currently restructuring.

The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate SEND provision across the school, working closely with senior leadership, teaching staff, parents and external professionals to promote inclusive practice and improve outcomes for all pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SEND provision across the school, ensuring effective support for pupils with additional needs.

• Oversee EHCP applications, annual reviews and the Assess, Plan, Do, Review (APDR) process.
