Working closely with the Centre Director, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional care, education, and operational excellence across the nursery.

As Assistant Centre Director, you will:

• Support the Centre Director in the day-to-day running of the nursery.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of early years professionals.
• Ensure the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and education are consistently maintained.
• Support occupancy growth through exceptional customer service and strong parent partnerships.
• Coach and mentor colleagues to support their professional development and performance.
• Monitor compliance, quality assurance, and operational standards.
• Promote a positive culture that encourages teamwork, wellbeing, and continuous improvement.
• Help deliver outstanding experiences for children and families every day.

Busy Bees Mill Hill is an Ofsted-rated Good nursery with capacity for 78 children. Set within a beautiful detached property in one of Mill Hill's most sought-after locations, our nursery provides an inspiring environment for children to learn and grow.

The nursery has recently refurbished rooms, each with its own dedicated outdoor area, creating engaging spaces that support children's learning and development. Our experienced onsite chef prepares nutritious home‑cooked meals using fresh, seasonal ingredients, helping children develop healthy eating habits while exploring a variety of tastes, textures, and flavours.
