Rights of Light Surveyor - Surveyor or Senior Level

A leading consultancy specialising in neighbourly matters is looking to appoint a Rights of Light Surveyor or Senior Rights of Light Surveyor to join its growing London based team. Operating from a Central London office with hybrid working, this firm is well known for advising on some of the most complex and high profile developments in London and nationally. The business continues to grow at pace, with the Rights of Light team expanding alongside the wider firm.

The Role You will be involved in projects for a strong and established client base, working on large scale, high value developments. The role offers exposure to some of the most recognised schemes in London, with the opportunity to support projects across the UK as experience and interest develop. Initially, you will work as part of a team under a Director, contributing to major instructions and complex schemes.

As confidence and capability grow, there is clear scope to progress into leading your own projects, with flexibility to shape your role and career progression over time.

Key Responsibilities Deliver Rights of Light and Daylight/Sunlight advice across residential and commercial developments Work closely with developers, architects and professional teams Prepare and review technical analysis and reports Support negotiations and provide strategic advice Assist Directors on major schemes, with a pathway to leading major instructions independently
