A leading building services contractor is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to join their London team to take a key role in driving BIM standards, digital delivery, and coordination across complex data centre projects.

You will lead the BIM strategy across a range of data centre, commercial and education projects, working closely with design, commercial, and site teams to ensure efficient, and high-quality digital delivery.

• Lead and manage BIM processes across a variety of projects
• Develop and maintain BIM standards, workflows, and best practice
• Coordinate BIM delivery across internal teams and external consultants
• Ensure model quality, compliance, and effective information management
• Support project teams with BIM-related technical guidance
• Contribute to continuous improvement of digital and BIM capabilities

• Proven experience in a BIM Manager or Senior Coordinator role within building services
• Strong understanding of BIM standards and digital construction processes
• Experience working on complex MEP projects, ideally data centres
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage across all project stages
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement

• Salary of £65,000 - £75,000
