Up to £45,000 + Zone 1 & 2 Travel Card

Hours:

Monday to Friday – Alternating weekly shifts (8am–5pm & 10am–7pm)

We are recruiting for an Electrical Foot Mobile Engineer to work across a portfolio of high-end commercial office buildings in Central London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a well-presented, client-focused Electrical Engineer who enjoys variety and working within prestigious office environments. You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites, ensuring all buildings are maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

* Carrying out PPM and reactive electrical maintenance

* Fault finding and first-line response to electrical issues

* Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and site procedures

* Liaising with building managers, clients, and contractors

* Maintaining accurate records and reporting

Requirements

* Electrically qualified (Level 3 or equivalent)

* Experience working within commercial office environments

* Strong fault-finding and maintenance capability

* Professional and confident client-facing manner

* Able to work independently across multiple sites
