Key Responsibilities

-Preparation and maintenance of cost plans, budgets, and forecasts

-Monitoring project costs and reporting to senior management

-Supporting procurement and assessment of subcontractor packages

-Assisting project teams with cost reporting and cost control

-Preparing valuations, variations, and payment applications

-Contributing to risk analysis and cost strategy

-Collaborating with design, project, and client teams
