About Harmony Energy

Harmony Energy Limited is one of the UK and Europe’s leading developers and operators of utility‑scale battery energy storage projects, as well as being active in solar and onshore wind.

We see ourselves as a fundamental part of the transition to net zero across the UK and Europe, supporting the delivery of more secure, sustainable energy systems while bringing economic benefits at both local and national levels.

Rapid growth across the business means we are expanding our team – and now is your chance to join a multi‑award‑winning team helping to power a sustainable future. Having already built, developed, energised and operated over 800MW of projects to date across the UK and France, the company is now growing a multi‑gigawatt portfolio across Europe, which it plans to bring into construction and operations.

Harmony’s headquarters are in Knaresborough, North Yorkshire, with a further UK office in central London. We also have offices in France, Poland and Germany, and are active in Italy. This position will be based at our London office, with the flexibility to work remotely up to two days per week.

About the role

The Junior Asset Manager will support Harmony Energy’s European Asset Management Director, contributing to the performance management and governance of Harmony’s operational battery energy storage portfolio, from late‑stage construction handover into operations. You will develop a broader role within the operational team and work closely with our Head of Data and Intelligence and the Head of Sustainability to help develop and use Harmony’s asset monitoring and reporting platform, Harmonise, and to support portfolio‑level performance, data analytics and sustainability reporting.

This will include contributing to the development of dashboards, performance insights and ESG‑related metrics to improve how Harmony monitors, reports and optimises its assets. You will be working closely with companies such as Tesla, BP and Envision for both battery operations and maintenance (O&M) and optimisation. The list of equipment manufacturers and optimise rs will continue to grow in 2026/27. We are a growing business with big ambitions so the role can be tuned to meet the experience and ambition of the individual candidate.

The role would be of interest to those that want the challenge and responsibility of contributing towards the successes of a rapidly growing and ambitious company, with the support of an experienced professional team to develop existing skills and grow knowledge of asset management in the energy sector.

A genuine interest in renewable energy and sustainability is essential.
