Tangent International is urgently seeking an experienced FTTx Rollout Manager to lead fiber deployment projects across London. This role is critical to ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of large-scale FTTx rollouts for a major telecom client.

As an FTTx Rollout Manager, you will oversee the planning and execution of fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) deployment activities, ensuring compliance with contractual, budgetary, and quality standards. You will coordinate between design, permitting, materials, and construction teams, while managing risks and resource allocation. This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to work onsite across multiple locations in London.

• Plan and manage FTTx deployment activities for customer projects
• Ensure delivery meets contractual, budget, and quality requirements
• Develop and maintain project schedules for internal and external stakeholders
• Assess deployment feasibility and resource availability (internal and subcontractor)
• Coordinate information flow between Design, Permitting, Materials, and As-Built teams
• Collaborate with Project Managers on variations, risks, budgets, and quality control

• Minimum 5 years of experience in FTTH rollout management or construction industry
• 2–4 years documented experience in fixed network rollout or civil works
• Ability to work onsite 5 days per week across various locations
• Strong MS Office proficiency
• Valid UK or EU driving license

• CSCS Card or EUSR
• CDM Accredited or equivalent
• SMST Accredited

• Experience with large-scale telecom infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with UK permitting and compliance processes
• Knowledge of fiber design and as-built documentation
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Exposure to automation tools for rollout efficiency
