Apple Retail Service Technician – Selfridges

Full‑time (38 hours per week). Select (part of the Select Technology Group) is the leading Apple Premium Reseller in the UK and Ireland with 22 stores across the region.

You will join a dedicated team at the Selfridges store to provide high‑quality support and repair services to Apple customers. Within 6 months you will be expected to achieve the Apple Certified iPhone Technician (ACiT) accreditation and may progress to additional service responsibilities.

• Initial troubleshooting and booking devices for service
• Physical repair of iOS devices and inventory management
• Maintain high standards of customer service and Apple metric scores
• Engage customers in product knowledge and new product initiatives
• Support sales and service performance goals while demonstrating personal ethos of "no limits"

• Aged 18 years or over, with right to work in Ireland
• Passion, knowledge and determination for Apple products
• Strong customer‑relations skills
• Willingness to learn and achieve Apple certifications
