Everfox is looking for an Electronics Production Engineer to join our production engineering team in London. This is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious engineer looking to develop a broad range of hands‑on technical and operational skills.

In this role, you will help develop and optimize various aspects of our production workflows, enabling the secure, high-volume delivery of our hardware-based cyber‑security products. You will work in close collaboration with our Hardware Design, Production, and Lab teams to bridge the gap between initial design and volume manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Development:
Design and implement efficient test and assembly processes using a mix of custom-designed fixtures and standard lab equipment.
  • Manufacturing Transition:
Work directly with hardware design engineers to ensure new products transition smoothly into high-volume manufacturing.
  • Subcontractor Coordination:
Help coordinate, train, and support manufacturing subcontractors to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
  • Data Lifecycle Management:
Maintain and update PCB, mechanical, and system-level design data using product life‑cycle management (PLM) tools.
  • Test Automation & Debugging:
Create and modify low‑level software and firmware to test programmable electronic devices; use oscilloscopes and multimeters to debug hardware issues.
  • Security & Compliance:
Research, develop, and deploy new manufacturing techniques to improve product security, while aiding in ongoing hardware compliance and certification.
Skills and Experience

You’ll be perfect for the role if you have:

  • Academic Foundation: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering (or a similar technical subject) with a classification of 2:1 or higher.
  • Digital Electronics: A demonstrated interest in digital electronics and working with programmable devices.
  • Collaboration:

An understanding of collaborative task management and working within cross‑functional teams.

It would be super useful (but not essential) if you have knowledge of:

  • Software & Scripting:
Python scripting and basic coding in C/C++.
  • Operating Systems:
    Familiarity with Embedded Linux systems.
  • Hardware Analysis:
Basic experience with PCB debugging and hardware testing.
  • Ability to obtain UK SC clearance
Core Qualities
  • Self‑Motivated & Driven:
Enjoys tackling technical challenges, takes initiative, and prioritizes getting work done on schedule.
  • Flexible & Adaptable:
Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and stays composed when thrown into complex, ambiguous problems.
  • Strong Communicator:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across team boundaries.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is: £36,400.00–49,600.00 GBP

In addition to a base salary and bonus plans, Everfox offers a generous benefits package including flexible PTO, a 401k match, and contribution to healthcare coverages. Our talent acquisition team will provide specific information regarding bonus eligibility and benefits offerings.
