Cosro Group Limited is a growing company specialising in fire safety and compliance services across the UK. We are looking for an experienced FRA Planner / Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in scheduling and coordinating Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) works.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual with previous experience in planning and coordinating FRA projects within the fire safety sector.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, schedule and coordinate Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) works.

* Liaise with clients, surveyors, contractors and internal teams to ensure works are completed efficiently.

* Manage engineers' diaries and allocate appointments.

* Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are achieved.

* Update internal systems with accurate job information and documentation.

* Resolve scheduling issues and respond promptly to client enquiries.

* Produce reports and maintain compliance records.

* Ensure all work is delivered in line with company procedures and client expectations.

Essential Requirements

* Previous experience coordinating or planning Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) works is essential.

* Strong organisational and time management skills.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Ability to prioritise workloads and work under pressure.

* Competent in Microsoft Office and scheduling systems.

* Strong attention to detail.

* Must be eligible to work in the UK.

Desirable

* Experience with in fire safety, compliance, social housing or property maintenance.

* Knowledge of passive fire protection or wider compliance services.
