Nightshift Mechanical Supervisor

Astute's Power team are looking to recruit a Night shift Mechanical Site Supervisor on an Energy from Waste Project in North London on a 6-month minimum contract.

• Oversee mechanical installation activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications.
• Provide technical oversight of mechanical equipment installation.
• Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety procedures, including conducting toolbox talks, monitoring safe systems of work, and promoting a strong safety culture on site.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and site operatives, ensuring quality standards, programme milestones, and productivity targets are achieved.
• Maintain accurate site records, progress updates, and communicate effectively with the wider team.
• Candidates with Energy from Waste experience are preferred.
• Candidates must hold up‑to‑date SSSTS, CCNSG, IOSH, Working at Height, and Confined Space certificates.
• Nights shifts will be 11 nights on, 3 nights off.
