Responsibilities
- Lead best practice digital project delivery
- Step up and grow into a senior BIM coordinator role with Tier 1 contractors.
- Good understanding of the ISO 19650 series of documents
- Some knowledge and understanding of Solibri
- Can discuss openBIM standards such as IFC and COBie to support information interoperability
- Understanding and experience of appropriate software tools to view and interrogate models
- Good level of FM knowledge and strong initiative
- NICE TO HAVE EXPERIENCE (but not essential): COBie delivery;
On-site project BIM project delivery;
Project handover.
