You will transfer wind turbine technicians and passengers to offshore wind farms, ensure safety, and support cargo operations, reporting to shoreide management. You will train, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and participate in drills to prepare for emergencies. The role requires leadership, strong decision making, and a proactive can-do attitude.
