As Operations Manager, you will take full ownership of the installation lifecycle, managing subcontractor networks and driving operational excellence. Your work ensures high-quality, safe clean energy transitions for homes across the UK while scaling mission-critical processes.

- Own the end‑to‑end delivery of Solar PV installations, from initial order confirmation through to successful site completion and commissioning.
- Manage installation capacity and subcontractor performance, ensuring all projects meet MCS‑certified standards, Trust Mark registrations, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to refine operational workflows, automate systems, and enhance the overall customer installation journey.
- Proven experience in operations management or project coordination within field‑based environments such as construction, utilities, or electrical installations.
- Strong track record of managing subcontractor networks and navigating complex scheduling platforms, CRMs, and operational data spreadsheets.
- Deep passion for renewable energy with knowledge of Solar PV, DNO processes, or G98/G99 applications being highly advantageous for this role.
