Are you a Associate Project Surveyor looking to work on building projects that can change the world, projects that are always more complex and innovative than the last?
If so, we are looking for experienced Associate Project Surveyors to join our team in London to work on projects where you will provide a comprehensive, accurate and value driven service for large, high profile and exciting key Clients in the Commercial, Residential, Life Science, Corporate End User and Social Infrastructure Teams

About Our Team:
Our London Cost Management team is part of one of the largest multi-disciplinary practices in the UK. We have over 120 professionals from Trainees to Directors. We work on award winning and industry leading projects, have a diverse team, with a high performing culture, a Training and Career Development Plans for all including supportive and nurturing line managers. You will be joining a team of like-minded experts that have a passion for innovation and delivering cutting edge solutions.
As a Senior Project Surveyor, you will work as part of the team to help deliver all aspects of quantity surveying from inception of a project through to completion. You will work on a number of projects, varying in complexity, ranging in value from 5m – 500m.
Job Responsibilities:
Approach to all projects requires a high degree of flexibility and creativity, excellent presentational skills and an ability to communicate effectively with clients and consultants. The successful candidate shall be charged with the delivery of Cost Management Services within our Client focused and highly motivated professional team. They should:
Lead and Deliver:
Drive project delivery on our cost management commissions to meet time, budget, and quality requirements, while fostering collaboration among clients, consultants, contractors, and team members.
Client-Centric Excellence:
Strengthen client relationships by delivering an exceptional service, aligning project outcomes with client objectives and contributing to the business’ growth.
Team Leadership and Development:
Mentor and support junior members of our team in their career development, contribute to talent development initiatives and champion a positive, high-performance team culture.
Industry Engagement and Growth:
Support bids and business development activities, engage with industry forums and networking events, and take ownership of your professional growth and knowledge-sharing within the…
