Hackney Borough Council is seeking an analytical Utilities Account Officer to join the Energy and Carbon Team in London. You will manage gas, electricity and water invoices, reconcile accounts, and ensure timely supplier payments while supporting initiatives towards net zero and energy efficiency.
You will investigate complex billing queries, analyse consumption data, and contribute to corporate utility procurements and performance reporting.
