Renewables Graduate

Are you a recent graduate looking to build a career in renewable energy?

I’m working with an established renewable energy business that is looking to add a Graduate Development Associate to its growing development team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is genuinely interested in renewables and wants to get hands‑on experience across the development of a wide range of renewable energy projects across the UK and Europe.

You don’t need previous experience in renewables
. What matters most is your attitude, curiosity and willingness to get stuck in.

You’ll support the wider development team across areas including:

• Renewable energy project development across the UK & Europe
• Land, planning and grid activities
• Research, analysis and project coordination
• Supporting the team wherever required throughout the development lifecycle
• Working alongside experienced development professionals and learning how projects progress from early-stage development through to delivery

What they’re looking for:

• Recent graduate, ideally in a relevant subject
• A genuine interest in renewable energy / infrastructure
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Commercially minded and keen to learn
• Someone who takes initiative and is happy to roll their sleeves up and get involved

London – 3-4 days per week in the office
