Electrical Qualified Supervisor / Electrical QS (Solar) £50,000 - £60,000  Vehicle  Training  Progression  Pension  Holiday Manchester, Greater Manchester (Commutable from: Salford, Stockport, Bolton, Bury, Oldham, Rochdale, Wigan, Altrincham) Are you a fully qualified Electrician with strong Solar PV experience, looking to step into a senior technical role where you'll take ownership of compliance and standards and become the go-to person for sign-off and certification?

On offer is a permanent opportunity to join a growing specialist solar maintenance business that has won major new contracts and is now strengthening its technical function, with the backing to develop the right person into a long-term Qualified Supervisor position. In this role you'll oversee electrical compliance across a UK-wide portfolio of solar PV works, carrying out inspection, testing and certification, supporting field engineers and subcontractors, and ensuring standards are met through audits, quality checks and technical support.

The role is autonomous (40 hours contracted) with travel required. This role would suit a qualified Electrician with hands-on Solar PV experience and inspection & testing, who wants to move into a senior, standards-led position with training, progression and real ownership.

The Role:

Take ownership of electrical compliance, certification and technical standards across solar PV works Inspection, testing and sign-off (including certification and reporting) Support and supervise engineers/subcontractors with technical guidance and fault finding Carry out site audits, quality checks and standards compliance (NAPIT / MCS where applicable) UK-wide travel as required (autonomous working pattern)

The Person :
Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level
3) with 18th Edition and 2391 Inspection & Testing Strong Solar PV experience, with ECS Gold Card and full UK driving licence Flexible to travel where needed Reference Number: BBBH
