As Engine Maintenance F-tech Team Leader, you will coordinate workload and lead technicians within the Civil Maintenance Centre, ensuring objectives for Quality, Cost, and Delivery are achieved in line with customer requirements. You will manage the day-to-day operation of the team, overseeing work schedules, training, holidays, technical support, and leadership, supporting both the EMCH Manager and broader business goals.

You will perform levels 1 to 3 maintenance on Safran Helicopter Engines (SafranHE), both on-site and off-site, ensuring quality, turnaround time, cost control, and customer satisfaction from initial inspection to release.

Main Responsibilities

- Oversee daily Civil Maintenance Centre operations to balance workload and capacity, ensuring production objectives and customer needs are met.
- Coordinate and measure KPIs to achieve the production plan.
Ensure technicians have the necessary technical means, skills, and qualifications.
- Decide on intervention feasibility, considering engine documentation and qualifications.
- Ensure availability of all resources (equipment, parts, tooling, release documents, etc.) for maintenance.
- Identify and define the full maintenance scope to guarantee airworthiness.
- Conduct and certify maintenance in accordance with SafranHE documentation.
- Complete all required recording, reporting, and release documentation.
- Support and promote company values, policies, and HSE (Health, Safety, Environmental) procedures.
- Manage QRQC shop boards and maintain 5S standards.
- Escalate issues to EMCH Manager and take action to continuously improve processes.
- Ensure on-time delivery and achieve corporate TAT (Turnaround Time) targets.
- Maintain a high and consistent quality output.
- Produce accurate maintenance reports and release documentation.

Essential:

- Demonstrable leadership experience.
- Recognized Aerospace Engineering qualification or equivalent.
- Solid knowledge of aviation maintenance regulations.
- Engine overhaul experience.
- Ability to interpret Engine Maintenance Manuals (EMM),
Maintenance Technical Instructions (MTI), Illustrated Parts Catalogues (IPC), Component Maintenance Manuals (CMM), Service Bulletins, and Airworthiness Directives.
- Good computer literacy.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable:

- Safran engine type training.
- Experience in Part-145 MRO environment.
- Familiarity with SAP, Power BI, QRQC, 5 Whys, and RCCA processes.
- Basic French language skills.
