Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage complex planning projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to regulations and best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders, government agencies, and community members to develop innovative, inclusive, and sustainable urban planning solutions.
Provide expert guidance on land use, zoning, environmental impact assessments, and policy development.
Conduct research, analysis, and feasibility studies to support strategic decision-making and create resilient urban plans.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or related field.
8+ years of progressive experience in urban planning, with a focus on project management and policy development.
Proficiency in GIS, CAD, and urban planning software.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proven ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
