Lead Engineer - London

About the Role

The Lead Engineer will support the on‑site lead engineer at Marble Arch Place, London, managing a small team and maintaining building services for all Landlord Services. 50% of the time will be spent on reactive and planned maintenance tasks, and 50% managing specialists and communicating with building management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and manage PPM to SFG
    20 in line with contract SLA’s
  • Complete reactive / quoted tasks within SLA
  • Update the CAFM system
  • Keep the building manager informed of any works or issues
  • Manage specialist contractor’s access and permits
  • Maintain warranty and observations log
  • Ensure the team maintains a positive, smart & professional presence
  • Deliver site meetings on a weekly basis
Location

Marble Arch Place, London – a prestigious mixed development of high‑end residential, commercial office and retail units, serviced by a centralized energy centre and rooftop plant.

Hours of Work

40 hours per week – core hours 08:00‑17:00.
