Location:

London & South East

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum DOE

About the Role and Client:

We are seeking an experienced Special Projects Engineer to manage the engineering and technical aspects of multiple projects, from small works to major capital schemes. Working closely with Project Managers and Directors, you will ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare, schedule, and monitor engineering projects

* Manage multiple installations within agreed budgets and timescales

* Oversee compliance with design specifications, codes, and HSEQ standards

* Provide technical support and review engineering deliverables

* Assist with pricing variations and monthly valuations

* Act as the company representative in client and contractor meetings

* Promote Health & Safety standards and prepare risk assessments

Candidate Requirements:

* Proven experience in project engineering within mechanical/electrical building services

* Strong organisational and planning skills

* Excellent communication and leadership abilities

* Commercial awareness and problem-solving capability

* Relevant industry qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services

* Full UK driving licence
