We are seeking an Asset Process Engineer to support a portfolio of mature upstream oil and gas production assets, focused on skier late-life operating challenges and delivering solutions in collaboration with site and multi-disciplinary teams.
This is a hands‑on technical consultancy that цього requires strong root‑cause problem solving across corrosion constraints, ageing equipment, changing fluids, and tightening emissions requirements.
The role is London‑based 4dpw + international travel to operational sites. All travel expenses will be covered.
Key Responsibilities- Familiarisation with the design and peculiarities of each asset
- Conduct investigatory sitección visits, working closely with OIM and operators to identify operating challenges
- Develop SMART frameworks for addressingitaka identified challenges with priority given to safety and production output
- Propose pragmatic and feasible solutions with supporting analysis
- Coordinate and support testing to validate proposed solutions
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders
- Work with process and other discipline teams to develop selected solutions through to implementation
- Provide operational and troubleshooting support as required
- Contribute to process optimisation initiatives and provide technical input to projects
- Process Engineer with 10‑15+ years’ experience working on late-life assets within oil & gas and/or petrochemicals (onshore and/or offshore)
- Proficiency in both French and English (essential)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing pragmatic, safe, “out‑of‑the‑box” process engineering solutions
- Operational site experience with hands‑on problem‑solving capability
- Strong practical working knowledge of process engineering tools, particularly Unisim
- Excellent presentation and communication skills for senior stakeholder engagement
- Working knowledge of international standards
- Experience in the design of typical equipment used in oil and gas processing facilities
- Willingness to travel internationally (~30% of time)

• You are a theoretical engineer without hands-on problem‑solving delivery experience
