My client is seeking a Network Engineer / Wireless SME to design, optimise, and troubleshoot enterprise wireless networks. The role focuses on ensuring secure, high‑performance connectivity and excellent end‑user experience.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Network Engineer / Wireless SME.
Strong expertise in Wi‑Fi (802.11 standards) and enterprise wireless architectures.
Hands-on delivery across design, implementation, optimisation, and support.
Advanced troubleshooting of wireless performance, interference, and capacity issues using specialist tools.
Strong knowledge of wireless security (WPA3, encryption, authentication).

Experience with high-density and guest wireless deployments.
Familiarity with Cisco, Aruba, Meraki or similar vendors.
Ability to produce clear technical documentation and diagrams.
Confident working independently while collaborating with engineers and stakeholders.
Nice to have:

Exposure to 4G/5G or private wireless solutions.
Knowledge of emerging technologies (Wi‑Fi 7, IoT, private 5G).
Wireless or vendor certifications.
