Before a satcom terminal goes on a vessel, into the field, or onto a global network, someone has to prove it works — not just in theory, but against regulations, operator requirements, and real-world conditions.

This role sits at the point where RF, embedded systems, software, and compliance all meet. You are the person who makes sure a product is truly ready for market.

What you’ll be doing

* Leading system integration and verification activities for L-Band satcom products

* Designing and executing structured test plans and validation programmes

* Ensuring compliance with regulatory and operator requirements (ETSI, FCC, etc.)

* Investigating failures and driving root cause analysis

* Working with RF, hardware, and software teams to improve system performance

* Coordinating specialist and compliance testing with third-party labs

* Maintaining high-quality documentation and reporting
