QS / Senior Commercial Manager - M&E Infrastructure London | On-site 4-5 days per week £100,000 - £120,000 + package We're recruiting an experienced QS / Senior Commercial Manager M&E to take ownership of the commercial function on major M&E projects in central London.
Experience of working for an organisation that has acted as a sub-contractor to a Tier 1 client is highly desirable. You will need - strong Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) commercial / QS experience This is a senior, hands-on role ideal for a candidate with a strong Quantity Surveying / Commercial management background and a proven track record of delivering commercial success on large-scale, technically complex M&E infrastructure programmes .
Key Responsibilities Manage all commercial aspects of M&E sub-contract projects Oversee contract negotiation, administration, and compliance (primarily NEC forms )
