Minimum Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Aircraft Maintenace Engineer

Experience

Minimum of two years of hands‑on experience working on at least two of the following aircraft types: A320 (Family) CFM
56 & CFM Leap‑IA, A330, A380, B777, B787, B767, B737 (Classic 300/400/500, NG – 600/700/800/900, and Max 7/8/9), A350.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) activities on designated aircraft types.
  • Ensure compliance with all UKCAA regulations and company standards.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to aircraft systems and components.
  • Complete and maintain accurate documentation and records of all maintenance work.
  • Collaborate with other engineers, technicians, and departments to ensure the safe and efficient operation of aircraft.
  • Conduct inspections and tests as required by maintenance schedules.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to less experienced engineers and apprentices.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain and enhance skills and certifications.
Qualifications & Skills
  • UKCAA License:
    Must hold a valid UKCAA Part‑66 License.
  • Experience:

    Minimum of two years of experience working on at least two of the following aircraft types:
    • A320 (Family) CFM
      56 & CFM Leap‑IA
    • A330
    • A380
    • B777
    • B787
    • B767
    • B737 (Classic 300/400/500, NG – 600/700/800/900, and Max 7/8/9)
    • A350
  • Language

    Skills:

    Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Strong understanding of aircraft systems, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Problem‑Solving:
    Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Team Player:
    Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Attention to Detail:
    High level of precision and accuracy in maintenance work and documentation.
  • Experience with multiple aircraft types beyond the minimum requirement.
  • Familiarity with industry‑standard maintenance software and tools.
  • Additional certifications or endorsements related to aircraft maintenance.
