Engineering Manager

📍 London (hybrid – 11 days per month in office) ✈️ Up to 70% travel across EMEA

I’m working exclusively with a globally recognised FMCG brand on an Engineering Manager role supporting West Europe.

This is a highly operational, on-the-ground position with genuine regional ownership. You’ll be embedded across multiple manufacturing sites and partners, leading plant start-ups, line trials and engineering standards across EMEA. It’s not a desk‑led role - it’s built for someone who enjoys being in factories, working with OEMs and co‑packers, and solving real‑world production challenges.

You’ll sit at the centre of packaging, equipment and quality performance, influencing how products are manufactured and launched across the region.

• Regional accountability across multiple countries and sites
• Heavy exposure to OEMs, co‑packers and new plant builds
• Ownership of packaging and equipment standards
• High trust, high autonomy engineering role
• Strong package with car allowance due to travel requirements

• Engineering management experience within FMCG, beverage or manufacturing
• Strong understanding of filling lines, packaging materials and equipment
• Confident operating independently across international sites
• Comfortable with frequent travel and a delivery‑led environment
