Product Validation & Qualification Team Leader - Greenwich

A fantastic job opportunity has opened for a Product Validation & Qualification Team Leader to join a high-performing engineering team in Greenwich. This job offers real technical influence, hands-on problem-solving, and a clear succession path within a growing R&D environment.

In this job, you'll lead validation strategy, drive product qualification, and support complex high-voltage power systems used in subsea communication networks. Working on-site in Greenwich, you'll guide a small multidisciplinary team and ensure products meet the highest standards of reliability and compliance.

Skills & Experience required for the Product Validation & Qualification Team Leader Job:

Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
Strong background in electronics, firmware or hardware/software integration
Product validation/qualification experience within complex or regulated systems
Confident team leadership and mentoring ability
Strong understanding of QMS, V&V processes and PLM tools
