This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded planner with at least 10 years' experience to work on a diverse portfolio of projects, including retail, trade, warehouse schemes, and food store/retail park developments.

Responsibilities:

· Leading a range of planning projects across the commercial sector

· Managing client relationships and liaising with local authorities and stakeholders

· Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals

· Contributing to business development and mentoring junior staff

Requirements:

· Has 10+ years' experience in town planning (private consultancy or local authority)

· Possesses strong commercial sector experience

· Confident in managing and running projects independently

· Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Ambitious, career-minded, and passionate about their professional growth

· Doesn't need to bring a client base - a healthy pipeline of work is ready for you
