Key Responsibilities:

• Specify, procure, and maintain test equipment for firmware testing.
• Design and implement hardware interfaces and test fixtures.
• Set up precision measurement systems and data acquisition equipment.
• Ensure all test equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.
• Ensure all hardware meets safety standards and electrical codes.
• Provide hardware troubleshooting and repair support.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Power System Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience considered.
• 3+ years of experience in the manufacture or design of electrical equipment.
• Exceptional collaborative skills with cross-functional teams.
• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Highly self‑motivated and detail‑oriented.
