Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee substation construction and operations as part of a crucial renewable energy grid infrastructure project. This position offers the unique opportunity to contribute directly to the development and distribution of renewable energy across the region.

• Project Supervision
  :
  Oversee the daily operations at the substation site, ensuring all work is performed in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.

• Team Management
  :
  Lead and manage site personnel, including scheduling, task assignment, and performance evaluation.

• Safety Compliance
  :
  Enforce strict safety regulations and practices to prevent accidents and ensure the well-being of all staff and contractors on site.

• Reporting
  :
  Maintain accurate records of construction progress, resource allocation, and other critical data. Regularly report project status to higher management and key stakeholders.

• Issue Resolution
  :
  Actively resolve any technical or logistical issues that arise on site, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines and deliverables.

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in substation projects or large-scale infrastructure works.

• Strong understanding of grid infrastructure, electrical systems, and renewable energy transmission.

• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage diverse teams.

• Robust knowledge of health and safety regulations specific to construction and electrical work.

• Relevant certifications in electrical engineering, construction management, or related fields are preferred.
